Perfect Is A Myth!

How many times do you look in the mirror and start picking apart what you see? Wishing some things were bigger and others were smaller? Maybe some things need to be lifted or moved around a little?
It is so hard in this age of Photoshop and filters to remember that we are all human. We have imperfections. Who decides what “Perfect” means anyway!?!?
There are definitely parts of my body that I wish were different, but they are what they are and I am doing my best to change my mindset. To love me for me. You need to do the same.
We can all rally for magazines to stop using Photoshop and show celebrities in their “Natural state” but in the end, we need to just work on ourselves. If we love ourselves the way we are, then we have the power to rise above the evil voice that shows up in our minds when we look in the mirror.
If you have parts of you feel that you need to improve, go about it the right way: Healthy eating, exercise, hydration, and knowing it will take time and commitment. There is no magic pill or “Quick Fix” If you don’t think you can do it alone, reach out to me. I’ll be there to support you.
