Welcome to Team Nacho Fitness!

I am so happy you are here!

My name is ‘Chelley Avicolli and I am a 40 something mom of 3 teenagers. I recently got married to my best friend and am always trying to juggle mom stuff, wife stuff and me stuff.

Yup, “Me stuff” is a category.

Do you ever feel guilty for wanting to do things outside from mom stuff and wife stuff? When I first had my kids I felt like I was supposed to be there every second caring for them or I would be a “Bad mom”.  But you know what? That left me burnt out and struggling.

Over the years I have learned that you can not pour from an empty cup. You need time to renew your spirit and care for yourself so you can be your best self.

My journey started in 2013 when my now husband and I decided to quit smoking. I started with exercise, then changed my eating habits, and then began a business from home helping others with exercise and changing their eating habits.

If you are at a point where you would like to make a change in your life, I am happy to help! There are no quick fixes, but I will be here to guide you through the work, lift you up when you need help and cheer you during every victory.
