Week Two of my ‘Chelley Shift
Today I made sure to take my measurements and see what changes I had made in them and my weight. I have spent the past 14 days following the meal plan to the letter and doing the work outs every day.
It’s gotten easier to eat right as I’ve gotten into a groove of meal prep and knowing when I need to eat. This week the plan changed and there is no longer any beans or legumes allowed. Only one starchy carb a day is allowed and it’s either white potato or sweet potato.
Even though it is not part of the plan, I’ve cut back on the milk in my coffee again. Last week I had two tablespoons of milk in my coffee. This week has been one and I am planning on becoming a black coffee drinker starting next week!
I still have my delicious Shakeology every day. Next week I plan on making it with water instead of using Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk. That extra 210 calories a week is not a big deal when I’m maintaining my weight, but when I have more to lose I want to make sure I am not wasting calories.
So how did I do this week?
My totals came in at another 3 pounds lost and 5 inches lost for a two week total of:
11 pounds and 1375 inches!!!!
Next week the work outs will jump to 45 minutes long and there will be no starchy carbs!!!!!
I would be nervous if I wasn’t so excited to see what my results will be!
