Time to Ramp It Up!
After seeing what my results were yesterday I was completely psyched to start week two of Shift Shop!
I am starting to feel a change not only in my body but also in my mind. I made the decision a couple days ago that I was not allowed to stop an exercise until Chris says “1” Typically the countdown gets to 5 or 3 and I check out. That is not allowed!!!! I have to push myself.
And you know what?
Since I decided that I have been following through!
The biggest changes this week are that the work outs have gone from 25 minutes to 35 minutes, and the meal plan is one less serving of carbs a day and one more serving of veggies.
Today’s work out was the Cardio. I really didn’t feel like I was working out any longer than last week because I enjoyed the new formations with the markers and the variety of exercises.
Considering my only carb today was the baked potato with dinner and I almost forgot to make it….that hasn’t been a big adjustment either lol
I CAN NOT WAIT to see my results at the end of this week.
