Making the Shift Day Two

I had done yesterday’s work out before as it was the one they gave sneak previews of on Beachbody On Demand. But today was the first time I’ve done this one.

I was all set to go down to the basement but it flooded.


So I grabbed my dumbbells and came upstairs.

I love working out with dumbbells 🙂

I am so very proud of myself for keeping with the meal plan completely. This is the hardest part for me because I love cheesy carbs. But I am really enjoying the food that is available. Even though there are TONS of options available, I’m following the suggestions that they give and am thrilled! Breakfast today was amazing:

We took my Godson to the Aquarium and I packed my snack so I wouldn’t be tempted to buy a soft pretzel or fries or something there. Celery and peanut butter is yummy. It worked!

Plan ahead and it’s easier to stay on track!
