Are you ready to start your journey?


I was really planning on taking a rest day today. I really was.

I worked out yesterday instead of taking the rest day.  I have had three rest days since May 1st and would probably benefit from one.

But I just couldn’t do it!

I wound up doing the scheduled Yoga work out for today.

I’m not a yoga person. I really want to like Yoga but it isn’t my thing.

That being said, I was able to go farther in my stretches and hold things better than when I did it the first time.

Yay progress!
