We are so lucky to live in a time where you can buy just about any food you want at any time. However, most produce does still grow on a cycle. Even if you can buy strawberries in March they aren’t going to taste the same as they do when you buy them in the summer.

In February, there are several fresh fruit and vegetable options that are “In season” Try and buy these foods and add them to your diet while they are at the peak of freshness.
