It can be hard to put your feelings about a subject into a single sentence.  Trying to describe something that you are passionate about in a few words can be difficult.

I spent a few days really trying to come up with a phrase that would encompass me and my desire to help people be their best. I love helping people. I always have. From the time I was little I’ve always loved to help. Whether it was volunteering my time to a cause or charity, helping in the classroom or at a friend’s house, being a listening ear….whatever I could do I would try my best to do it.

Now that I have been given this awesome opportunity I want to help others. I want to be a source of support and education. I’m not a trainer, I’m not an instructor…..I’m a regular old mom who has been able to change my life. I want to help other people to do the same.

I started to think about what makes me…me. What kinds of things I enjoy, what kinds of words I use to describe things, etc.

I started looking at my responses to posts on social media and noticed a pattern. I have always been a fan of rock and metal music and have used the word “Rock” as a positive adjective and verb for many years. “You rock! “You’re a rock star!” “You’re gonna rock that!” etc.

That’s how my “Rock your world!” campaign was born.

  When you make real changes in your life, whether it’s health-wise or financially, that rocks! When you look in the mirror and like what you see, that rocks! And when you have the confidence to reach your goals you will rock your world!
