Second Double Workout in the Books!

Holy Not Friggin Feeling Like It.
BUT!
My end goal is more important than giving into my temporary blahs. And you know what else?
Every single time I don’t feel like working out is when I need to the most.
When you’re not in the mood to take care of yourself, do you give in? Or do you push through?
I always feel FANTASTIC when I push through on the days I’d rather skip it
Of course Lexi was hanging out with me too Lol
I am still on track with the food. But at 5:45 I realized I still had to eat lunch, second snack and dinner. Oops!
It’s now 7:15. I had my lunch and snack and I’m starving! What is up with me???? My stomach is being silly today. But I haven’t had a single cheat.
Yes, that is the first time I have ever said that!
