And Now For Something Completely Different….

I had started my fitness journey with Shaun T last month with Shaun Week. I loved it so much that I decided to follow it up with Shaun Month.

The weeks worked out so that I could finish it on time to start my new program Monday.

What didn’t work out is that I was in a hotel and then sharing a shore house the last couple week of it. Neither of which is conducive to a running around and jumping like a crazy person work out.

So I did work out those days, just didn’t do the scheduled work outs. I’ll be picking up Shaun Month where I left off when I am done what I started this past week.

I have been unhappy with my body lately. Since my birthday it seems like my metabolism has come to a screeching halt.

I didn’t realize how bad it was til I stepped on the scale to get my before weight to enter into the Beachbody Challenge Contest (Yay Free T-shirt and hopefully some cash too!)

I was shocked!

I’ve gained 15 pounds!

That’s not acceptable.

So I have started #ChelleyShift

For the next 3 weeks I will be following the program: work outs AND meal plan.

No soda, no alcohol, and most crazy: No nachos!!!! ACK!!!!

I’m excited to see what my results will be at the end of the 3 weeks. I have friends who were in the test group for this program and had crazy results. (My one friend lost 28 pounds in 21 days!!!! What?!?!)

Follow me through the next 3 weeks and watch me make the shift.
