Are you ready to start your journey?


I woke up this morning tired, cranky, and borderline nauseated.

As I laid there staring at the ceiling, that little evil voice in my head was telling me to just switch Rest Days. I could rest and do today’s work out tomorrow. OK, to be fair I also knew that today on the calendar was T25 Speed 3.0 and I have never done a T25 work out before. I may have been feeling a little scared.

But I knew that tomorrow I would appreciate my rest day even more so I pushed through.

To be totally honest, I did like that the work out was only 25 minutes, but didn’t *love* it the way I do with other Shaun T work outs. But I felt great getting it done!

The days are flying by and I love seeing all of the red lines across the days. I feel stronger and can’t wait to see my progress at the end of the month.
