I have been enjoying working out with my little buddy.

I have no idea where his fascination with abs stems from. He does love Marvel movies, so maybe all of the superheroes having abs inspires him lol

He was checking for abs yesterday. When we were done doing the ab workout he informed me that after we did the Shaun T work out, we would be doing the 22 Minute Hard Corps ab work out two times!

Is that what we did today?
