I love weights!

Which is crazy because when I started my fitness journey I was all about cardio. No interest at all in weights. I fell into the trap of thinking that lifting weights would cause me to develop a manly body. (Psssssst! That is 100% FALSE!)

Even though “Insane Weights” isn’t the kind of weight lifting I did when I did Body Beast (LOVE that program!!!!) I was still excited to see it was on tap for today because it’s a fun combination of weights and cardio.

My lil work out buddy has been dying to play with Auntie ‘Chelley’s weights. He’s asked a few times in the last couple days and I told him today was the day.  He was also geeked up to do the abs work out again from 22 Minute Hard Corps.

So…how did today’s work out session go?
