I can’t believe I’m 5 days into week 1 already!!!!

The days are flying by!

I’m not going to lie. I’m sore. But it’s good sore.

When you have sore muscles because you are pushing yourself further than you thought possible, and are able to do things you were not able to before….it’s good stuff!

I included my favorite Shaun T quote in today’s video. We were thinking it, he just said it.

I am really excited to see the changes in my body and mind in the next few weeks.
